MyAccount lets you manage your Alinta Energy account through one convenient hub, and gives you secure online access to your information 24/7. It’s fast and easy to use and gives you greater flexibility so you can take control of your energy account. 

Existing customer looking for your current rates? You can also easily access your rates via MyAccount. Simply visit the My Account section and click on the magnifying glass next to your power and or gas account.

How do I register for My Account?

Registering for My Account is quick and easy, it only takes three easy steps to create your online account. All you need is your Alinta Energy Customer Number and an active email address. You can find your Customer Number at the top right-hand corner of your energy bill or on any recent correspondence from us.
Step 1: Click the blue 'my account' button at the top right-hand corner of our website.
Step 2: Fill out the information under each step.
Step 3: Once we’ve processed your registration request, we will send you an email asking you to activate your MyAccount.
