MAGIC restaurant quality recipe with only 3 ingredients

What if you could prepare a dinner that would have everyone singing your praise AND prepare it in under 20 minutes AND use only 3 ingredients all for around $10?

We have the recipe for you right here: Creamy Chicken and Leek sauce. You can serve this with any type of short-cut pasta (like Penne) or potatoes done any way you like or simply by itself with a fresh side salad. Here’s how:


  • 500gms chicken breast cut into 2cm cubes (approx. $6)
  • 1 leek thinly sliced (approx. $1.50)
  • 300mL pouring cream (approx. $2.50)


  1. Heat a large saucepan medium high, when it’s hot add a couple of tablespoons of oil and fry off the chicken until you can’t see any pink and the water that is released has boiled off (3-5 minutes)
  2. Add the leek and sauté until it’s all soft (3 mins)
  3. Add the cream and reduce to a simmer and allow to thicken and the flavour to develop (5-7 minutes)
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste
